On Thursday, January 29th, The Bold Italic returned to one of our favorite neighborhoods for our fourth annual Dogpatch Microhood. Over 1,000 people came out to explore this amazing part of town.

Cream's Barbershoppe, an awesome new addition to the neighborhood, gave men complimentary hair, beard, and mustache trims, as well as express straight razor shaves. For women, they offered complimentary blowouts.

Ladybones Print Shop was hosted outside of Cream's Barbershoppe, and they sold prints, paper goods, marbled goods, and featured a letterpress demo. We love their fun stationery!

Third Rail served daiquiri shots, a hibiscus-ginger rum punch, and spicy Jerk Jerky (made with cloves, allspice, and scotch bonnet peppers).

Spicer on 3rd, one of our favorite stops for bags, gifts, and home decor, gave away free American-made Dogpatch t-shirts for customers who spent over $15.

La Fromagerie Cheese Shop offered delicious cheese samples.

Magnolia Brewing Company sold hot pastrami sandwiches and filled growlers with a selection of their very own, freshly-handcrafted ales.

Smokestack at Magnolia Brewing hosted the official after party. Everyone had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing BBQ and drink specials like the seasonal punch and Proving Ground IPA.

The Bold Italic was on site with our Uncle Jesse treat machine, where we gave away chocolates from Dogpatch's own Poco Dolce Chocolates.

Our Divisadero Microhood will take place on March 26th. We can't wait to see everyone there!
