Santa Strips for a Good Cause

Well, I gotta give it to San Francisco creative agency, Heat– they're definitely throwing one of the least boring holiday parties I've heard about this year. Sketchy Claus, taking place this Wednesday, December 10, is what Heat is describing as an "enchanted evening of life drawing. Real Santa. Really nude." Yeah, you read that correctly – live, nude Santa.

Heat will be inviting some Bay Area artists to participate in drawing Bad Santa and his jolly parts, and then they'll be auctioning off the resulting artworks on eBay. But aside from the nude old dude thing, the event will also feature music, hors d'oeuvres, and drinks (hopefully lots of them, in case you're traumatized from seeing Old Saint Nick's dick). The reason for this seasonal event is charity. All the proceeds from Sketchy Claus will go to One Warm Coat, an organization that started in SF that collects donated coats to give out to people in need. (Technically, that would include Santa at this event, but don't worry, I think he's got his own coat).

Sketchy Claus takes place from 7-9 p.m. at Heat's HQ (1100 Sansome St.). Tickets are $30 and are limited to 50 peeps, so if you've got a thing for Santa, RSVP sooner than later.
