Good news for people with fond memories of teen movies from the early 2000s. According to Curbed, the historic firehouse on Brazil Ave. that is known as The Princess Diaries house is on the market for $2.6 million. Engine Company 43 was originally built in 1911 and a look inside confirms that it is exactly as dreamy as you imagined.
The Excelsior home is 4,800 square feet with parking for up to four cars and a 340-square-foot outbuilding, which was once the firemen's kitchen.
Now how many of us fan girls and boys would we need to pool our money to buy this thing? We can even get a cat named Louie!
