Noe Valley residents and regulars may remember CookieTime, the organic cookie truck that was often parked on 24th Street beginning in late 2011. Proprietor Marina Snetkova, an expatriate from Latvia who has worked as a Wall Street hedge fund day trader, shuttered her mobile operation in December 2012 in order to pursue a new goal of opening a cafe. She took time off for extensive travel and is now back in San Francisco, ready to relaunch her business.

While Snetkova continues to look for the perfect space in San Francisco, she has planned a big CookieTime pop-up this week at Leland Tea Company, where she’ll sell chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles, a new flavor called butterscotchers (a mix of Guittard chocolate chips and butterscotch chips) and two varieties of cookie custard, a hot and gooey cookie eaten with a spoon. Leland will offer tea and hot chocolate to pair with these yummy treats. Hours are noon to 10 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
