Yikes! Don't Look at This if You're Scared of Heights

Ugh, even looking at stills from this video for Stride Health about urban free-climber Alex Honnold might give you intense stomach rumblings if you're freaked out by heights. The 28-year-old Sacramento-born climbing enthusiast is shown deftly scrambling up huge and extremely tall buildings and structures, including the Palace of Fine Arts and a high-rise at 720 California Street in San Francisco. Pretty amazing stuff.

And kudos to Stride Health for getting me to willingly watch a commercial for your insurance company.
