The weather gods were smiling down on us last Thursday night when we presented our Divisadero Microhood and Art Walk. After a nervous day spent gazing at the sky and hoping that the rain would hold off, we were rewarded with an awesome event.

More than 1,500 people showed up to take advantage of the special deals, drinks, food, fantastic art, and unexpected happenings throughout the neighborhood.

We loved meeting our readers and fans in person, and we debuted Uncle Jesse, our human-powered treat machine, to the delight of everyone who interacted with him.
Chevrolet, our sponsors for this event were onsite with one of their electric cars. The Volt drew quite a crowd of people, who enjoyed complimentary drinks and El Sur empanadas while learning about the features of the car.

New Belgium Brewing set up camp at The Page, where it was standing room only. Guests enjoyed sampling New Belgium's new Snapshot Wheat Beer while listening to live music. There was even a raffle at the end of the evening to win an incredible, tricked-out bicycle.

The after party was at neighborhood favorite, Madrone Art Bar. Drink specials from Jameson and Calicraft hydrated the revelers and entertainment was courtesy of Night Fever.

Rare Device showcased its beautiful, curated range of products, as well as serving up beers to thirsty guests. They also displayed Adam Gray’s installation: Hella Slingshots.

Our friends from Storefront presented a pop-up stall with artist, Katrina Herman, of All Gold. Storefront was selling her printed apparel and chatting to attendees about how its online marketplace enables artists, designers, and brands to find and rent pop-up retail space.

Vinyl Coffee and Wine Bar hosted a pop-up by Pizzahacker!
Guests at Big Umbrella Studios could take a look at the prints that were displayed throughout the space as part of its exhibit, “Im-Pressed”.

The Perish Trust, newly remodeled and re-opened, was busy with people looking through its wares and enjoying drinks.

San Franpsycho was packed with people. Guests were served pours of Calicraft’s The City IPA, while they browsed clothes, accessories, and photos.

The San Francisco Skate Club had live screen printing as well as music by Ananta Fiddle-Hooper.
