You may be thinking, “um, I don’t need any reasons to cruise the San Francisco Bay. It’s already so majestic and romantic, duh,” and that is reasonable, but there is so much more that Hornblower Cruises has to offer that we don’t want you to miss out on. The 35 year cruising vets are hosting an Amore Valentine’s Dinner Cruise Aboard the Iconic San Francisco Belle and you’re gonna want to be on it for the following reasons.

1. Views

It’s funny how some of the best views of San Francisco can only be taken in from outside the city. This cruise takes you under the Golden Gate Bridge, past the dazzling Bay Bridge lights, around Alcatraz, and includes great views of Coit Tower and the SF skyline one can’t help but swoon over.

2. Dancing

Do you like dancing? Does your significant other like dancing so you are willing to dance one night per year? Perfect. This cruise also has DJs and ample dancing space so you can really do Valentine’s Day right. There’s something truly  magical about seeing all different varieties of couples dancing with the people they love and you’re invited to join in. Please note that twirling and dips are optional but highly encouraged.

3. Booze

Can we all agree that a sip of wine or a cocktail while dining on a boat sounds like the most elegant thing some of us will ever do? There will be hosted bars on all the decks of the ship for this romantic night, which we know is music to the ears of those of you who dance a whole lot better after a glass of champagne.

4. Dinner (that you didn’t have to cook!)

Hornblower is unique in that all of its food is created fresh on board. The San Francisco Belle is like being in your favorite restaurant, but with impossibly good views. Everyone aboard is offered individual seatings so you and your boo can be as mushy or as casual as you want.

5. A photo to remember the night

Tickets for this Saturday night voyage include a complimentary boarding photo. Hornblower understands that you and your date are going to be looking good (like hope-you-run-into-your-ex good) and they figure you deserve a keepsake to remember it.

6. Ambiance

It’s past life as a casino boat gives it an old-timey charm that makes for one of those nights that is truly picture perfect (and makes all your friends jealous on Instagram.)

7. Size matters

The San Francisco Belle is the largest dining cruise yacht on the entire west coast. This big, beautiful boat offers three different decks and a moon deck that are perfect for starlit talks or soaking up those impressive views.
