If you live in San Francisco and you're a fan of drinking horizontally, you've likely spent a lot of time looking at Mission High School. A lot of time. And perhaps out of natural (or truffle-induced) curiosity, you've wondered what it would be like to go to the high school across the street from Dolores Park. I mean, my high school was across the street from an ice skate sharpening place, so I can only imagine trying to focus on taking notes with the "chilling" capital of the world just outside of reach.
Whether you think about this kind of thing, or if it hasn't crossed your mind until just now, these medium format (as well as some 35mm) photos of the inside of MHS are a fun little glimpse into a day in the life of a teenager in SF.

Update: There's been some talk in the comments about how old these photos are. (They were taken back in 2004.) Totally didn't intend for them to be some sort of commentary on the current state of the school, just a little look inside the building we all gaze at so often on sunny days.
